Buying Services for Home Buyers

DO BUYERS REALLY NEED THEIR OWN REALTOR?

Absolutely YES!! Until a few years ago real estate agents always represented the seller. The agent was required by law to get the best and highest price with the best terms available for the seller. No one was looking out for the best interests of the buyers.

Today, the market is different, and buyer agents have become a necessity. Purchasing real estate is a complex and major transaction that most of us only enter into two or three times in our entire life.    Sellers will be represented by their own real estate agent and so shouldn’t the buyer be represented too?

A buyer’s representative works for you, the buyer, and you alone. When you work with a buyer agent or representative you have the advantage of their knowledge, loyalty, counseling, trust, and confidentiality. They are working for you to help your purchase go as smoothly as possible. Buyer agents are fully qualified and skilled in the handling of all aspects of the transaction. Their job is to protect YOUR best interests in the purchase.

I am a full time Realtor and would be happy to represent you in this complex transaction. Unlike some Realtors, I do not charge my buyers a commission. My commission is paid in full by the sellers of the property. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!   If you have further questions don’t hesitate to contact me directly at 410-627-2440. Let’s find your new home together!!!
