I will also advertise your property on a variety of other internet sites including Realtor.com, Homesdatabase.com, zillow.com, google.com, yahoo.com, Craigslist and trulia.com.and many others! Internet advertising is the absolute best way to market a property whether for rent or for sale. Once a possible renter is found I do a full credit check, obtain a tenant application, collect copies of their recent paystubs and any other necessary information. This information is then presented to you, the owner for your review. If you decide that you want to rent to the person then I draw up a lease and make the appropriate arrangements. The total fee for these services is one month rent. Half of this goes to my company and half will go to the company that finds the renter.
